1. Introduction
Welcome to Elio Studio. By purchasing a print from our pattern library, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

2. Purchase Agreement
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Payment is made in full at checkout. Following your purchase, Elio Studio will provide a licensing agreement outlining the approved usage terms. Design files will be delivered only after this agreement has been reviewed and signed.

3. Licensing & Usage Rights

• All prints purchased from the pattern library are licensed, not sold.

• The license grants you the right to use the design for the specified category outlined at checkout.

• The license type (non-exclusive), permitted uses, and duration of use will be clearly outlined in the licensing agreement, based on the selections made by the client at the time of purchase.

• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or resale of the design is strictly prohibited.

  Any required changes must be requested through Elio Studio and may incur additional fees.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

• All sales are final once design files have been delivered.

  If a client changes their mind before any files have been sent, a refund may be issued at Elio Studio’s discretion.

5. Deliverables

• Once payment is confirmed, Elio Studio will contact you and deliver the purchased files in the specified format (JPG), unless the client requests an alternative format.

• If any technical issues arise in file delivery, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.

6. Exclusivity & Restrictions

• The license granted is non-exclusive, meaning Elio Studio may license the same design to other clients.

• However, each license is exclusive to a specific product category as listed by the client at purchase. This means another brand may license the same pattern, but not for use within the same category.

• The design must not be sublicensed, redistributed, or used beyond the agreed-upon category or for unauthorized purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

• Elio Studio retains the copyright and moral rights to all designs unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

• Licensing a design does not grant ownership rights; it grants permission to use the design under agreed terms.

• If a client wishes to purchase full copyright ownership, a separate agreement and fee will apply.

8. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for ensuring that purchased designs are suitable for their intended use.

• Clients must not use Elio Studio designs in any way that infringes on third-party rights.

• If any modifications are required, additional fees may apply.

9. Liability

• Elio Studio is not responsible for indirect, special, or unforeseen damages resulting from the use of purchased designs.

• Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the design.

10. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation.

• If mediation is unsuccessful, legal proceedings shall take place in the jurisdiction of Elio Studio’s registered location.

11. Amendments

• Elio Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting on our website.
